Our full website is coming soon. In the meantime, here is a little more about who we are and the work ahead.
Steiner Developers was formed through a joint venture between Steiner Real Estate Services and RiverWest Partners.
Steiner brings decades of experience in mixed-use development, placemaking, commercial management, and the creation of destinations including Easton.
RiverWest brings experience across real estate development, investment, capital, law, and operations.
Together, we are focused on large-scale master planned communities across the Midwest.
We think about the homes, streets, businesses, parks, infrastructure, public spaces, and connections that need to work together as a community grows to create lasting, future‑enhancing environments.
Our team works across development, investment, capital structuring, engineering, entitlements, law, public-private partnerships, and operations. That range of experience helps us work through complicated projects without losing sight of the larger plan.
Steiner Developers brings together people who have spent their careers
solving different parts of complicated real estate problems.
Some came through development. Others through engineering, law,
investment, or operations. That range matters because a large project
rarely presents one challenge at a time.

Yaromir Steiner has spent more than three decades creating mixed-use destinations centered around how people move through and experience a place.
He founded Steiner + Associates in 1993 and went on to lead the development of millions of square feet of mixed-use space across the country. His work has emphasized connectivity, public space, appropriate scale, and the relationship between individual buildings and the larger community around them.
His development experience includes Easton, where he was one of the primary architects behind a project that has continued to grow and evolve over decades.
At Steiner Developers, Yaromir brings that long-term perspective to the planning and development of new master planned communities.
Tom brings more than 15 years of experience in real estate development and investment, with work spanning the development lifecycle from early feasibility and diligence through execution.
His legal background gives him another way to look at development risk, particularly on complex projects where acquisitions, entitlement, financing, agreements, and operations intersect.
Before cofounding RiverWest Partners and Steiner Developers, Tom practiced at Vorys, Sater, Seymour & Pease.
He graduated summa cum laude from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business and magna cum laude from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law.
Brenen works at the intersection of development, investment, and capital.
His experience includes market analysis, feasibility, investment planning, and capital structuring for real estate projects that often require coordination between public and private partners.
Before cofounding RiverWest Partners and Steiner Developers, Brenen held investment roles at TowerBrook Capital Partners and Goldman Sachs.
He graduated summa cum laude from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
Barbara brings more than 20 years of experience across real estate development, engineering, and law.
As both a licensed professional engineer and an attorney, she brings an unusually broad perspective to site evaluation and development. Her work includes traffic and accessibility, infrastructure, feasibility, entitlement risk, easements, zoning, environmental compliance, and the legal and regulatory issues that can shape a project long before construction begins.
Before joining Steiner Developers, Barbara worked on DHL’s global real estate development team and previously practiced at Vorys, Sater, Seymour & Pease.
She earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering, cum laude, and a J.D., cum laude, from The Ohio State University, along with a surveying certificate from Columbus State Community College.
Frank brings more than 10 years of experience across corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance, external affairs, and real estate development.
His background in sophisticated transactions and highly regulated industries gives him experience working through the legal, operational, and regulatory issues that can slow a large project down if they are not addressed early.
Before joining Steiner Developers, Frank held legal roles at RIV Capital Inc. and The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company. He previously practiced at Porter Wright Morris & Arthur LLP, where his work included corporate M&A, private equity transactions, and regulatory compliance.
Frank earned a B.A. in Economics from Miami University and a J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. He is licensed to practice law in Ohio and New York.
